All excellent. Only one thing: room 2 above the bar leaches all the bar noise...up until 11 or so. Any further visits would prompt me to ask for a quieter room.
Staff were very polite and friendly. Car park was full (had the last place) and the bar was very noisy - a lot of people and it was Friday. The meal was good âpub grubâ and the local ale was wonderful - Wye Valley brewery.
Excellent Inn B&B - super friendly polite staf. good pub food excellent meal deal ÂŁ16 for a main course and a pint pp. Double whiskey ÂŁ5. Good size room. Ensuite with a bath (took a while to fill but was fine). here is a bit of boise from th pub area below but nothing too bad Breakfast was very good. Noticed locals, customers and passers by coming in to have a breakfast which is a good sign. Much Wenlock is a lovely place - plenty to see and walk around. Overall a very pleasant one night stopover - will certainly return for maybe a bt longer when in the area again.
Highly recommended. Great value and fabulous food.
Excellent value, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and cosy and the freshly prepared food was fabulous. We had an evening meal and breakfast, which were both excellent. We would definitely stay again.
The folk at the Fox couldn't be more helpful and they love dogs. Our two had the best time while we were there and I'm sure will want to go back as soon as possible
The room was large and clean and well stocked. All in all, a great stay and a big thanks to everyone
What a wonderful mini break for my husband and I plus our two little dogs. We stayed at The Fox and were greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Everyone was so friendly. The town was absolutely stunning, gorgeous buildings, quaint shops and pubs.
We ate in The Fox on our first night and the food was wonderful and great value for money! Our little dogs enjoyed their stay also and were fussed over by everyone! Highly recommend The Fox if youâre in the area
Came for a 2 night stay with husband visiting surrounding towns. Lovely little B&B. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and food area was busy with a nice atmosphere.
On arrival our room was cold, however large radiator was on. Small storage heater was available in the room so this helped. Large radiator never heated up after that first night so room was cold having to use the heater. Only one hand towel in room.
Lovely tea/coffee selection.
First night husband went to jump in shower but couldnt quite get the temperature right so ended up running the bath. Not ideal but managed.
Had drinks in the bar each evening and were made to feel welcome.
Breakfast was really nice and filling. Great coffee too.
Visited nearby pub and indian for food and both were great.
Lovely little village, worth a visit.
