The hotel facilities are lovely, but we were not informed of a multi-day wedding that impacted what facilities we could use and the overall quality of service. We raised our concerns immediately, but the night managers Simran and Anuj were very inefficient and unprofessional when we interacted with them. Anuj even put the phone down on me when discussing an issue. Mohak promised to sort out our problems, but was never available when needed. We checked out without ever having him resolve an issue. He promised us compensation, but we received next to nothing in relation to all the problems we faced.
We had 3 rooms booked in total for 5-6 nights and despite the numerous problems the hotel felt it was ok to charge for laundry for a pair of socks that was accidentally included in one of the laundry bag.
It’s meant to be a 5 star hotel but service was inconsistent and not up to standard. We only had a turndown service for 1 night of our stay.
The service at this hotel was not close to 5 star.
One positive is that when it was available to hotel guests the serving staff at the Merchant restaurant were good.
I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends. It’s well below the quality of other Accor hotels.
