After almost 45 minute (not exaggerating) the staff at the reception finally found our reservation. Although I shared the print out of my reservation, they had issues and two and three staff had to get involved. They did upgrade my daughters room to the same as ours, however they did not get access to the lounge. After the initial fiasco the rest of our stay was flawless and the entire staff could not have been kinder, attentive and above and beyond. We will stay with Leela hotels in the future.

The hotel was excellent. Special mention to: Mayeuresh -excellent gym trainer. Should definitely have his own session in physiotherapy. Thai Massage. He helped me quite a bit with cramps/muscle strain Marshall, citrus restaurant. Another excellent member of staff. Very attentive. Very nice day very enjoyable. Prapti-citrus -very hard-working member of staff with excellent interpersonal skills. Sony – excellent, Yoga Teacher. Praveen – Reception. It’s a mixed bag . Huge hotel . Lots of service staff, continuously moving around but you can feel that something is off about the overall attention to details that you would expect of a 5 star hotel . We stayed here with family for about 5 days . There was some initial mix up on the rooms assigned to us versus what we requested ( accessible, adjacent rooms ). Lack of attention to details for family with accessible needs . The issue was fixed on our 2nd day of stay . We celebrated the new years here since didn’t want to go out with young kids , but they didn’t have many kid friendly new year options and we ended up with a gazal night with kids ( lack of attention to planning for family with kids ) To wrap it up with had an issue where we were woken up startled when one of the service staff was inside our rooms beside our bed late night when we were sleeping apparently to service the room . The managers later apologized and assured us that such issue would not happen again. All in all , it is a decent hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again given a choice. This was our first time at Leela so we didn’t know any better.

The rooms are well maintained and cleaning was done everyday. The staff were very Courteous. The location is very good, close to airport and linked through Aqualine, if one wants to go to South Mumbai without being stuck in the traffic.

Excellent stay at the Leela Hotel! The staff were very friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and our experience more memorable.
