The apartment was situated between Oktoberfest grounds and Marienplatz, so perfect for our stay. We were two couples and found it just right. The apartment was very soundproof. The bakery across the street was very good. The sandwich shop right next door also had delicious take away food.

Short stay in Munich

Well presented apartment, conveniently located a short distance from the central station. Easy walk to Marienplatz and other popular places. Good communication with the host and easy check in and check out process. Ideal, would recommend.

Great place close the everything!

Excellent stay in Munich! The location was central to the main train station and 15 min walk to Marienplatz All the tours were 10 min or so walking distance away from our apt. The food around the apt was good (excellent Italian, shwarma, and quick local breakfasts). The location on the street could be nicer (lots of trash, hooka bars, and strip clubs) but we always felt safe walking around, even late at night.

Modern and sparkling clean

First and lasting impressions were great. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well provisioned with all amenities we needed. The neighbourhood is a little noisy, but to be expected in busy Munich. Recommended.

Modern und zentral im Bahnhofsviertel

Ich hatte die Wohnung wegen der zwei BĂ€der ausgewĂ€hlt. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen - mit kleinen Abstrichen. Nur vier kleine Tassen, keine GeschirrtĂŒcher, im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeit fĂŒr Kosmetik etc.Auch war sie insgesamt eher dunkel und das Lichtsystem war in der Bedienung etwas umstĂ€ndlich. Ein paar Bilder an der Wand wĂŒrden ein bisschen GemĂŒtlichkeit bringen. Alles in allem hatten wir in der Preisklasse schon besser ausgestattete Wohnungen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der nette und unkomplizierte Kontakt zum Vermieter und die zentrale Lage. Ein paar Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel gab es auch.

Ladies trip!

The apartment was great. Very clean, modern and nice to have two full bathrooms. The train station was about a seven minute walk and about 15 minutes to the city centre, which was fantastic. As a group of women, we did not love the street we were on due to there being a number of strip clubs nearby. Overall we had a great stay!

An excellent property

Overall this was an excellent vacation stay. The unit is well located near the train station and within walking distance of the old town and main sites. The property manager was located onsite and was extremely helpful. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious and had all the needed amenities.

Few days in munich with family

Arranging for check in a bit high touch, other than that love the apartment and neighborhood. Lots of great doner/shawarma places, and some of the best bread just down the street. Be a bit careful if parking at the apartment
cars with a long wheelbase and fully loaded will bottom out.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is fantastic with an excellent kitchen and living room. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. The street that the apartment was on was not my favorite but with all the other pros of this location and apartment not an issue at all.

Munich Stay

Property was as described. Moving around the beds and closet area was tight. Bathrooms were clean and had big showers that worked great! No AC but they had a fan in each room and we kept windows open without noise problem. Walkable to the market, HBH and places you want to visit. Restaurants and a quick shop right on street.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. FĂŒr unseren Ausflug war die Wohnung mehr als ausreichen. Lediglich an der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben. Auch könnten ein paar Kleinigkeiten mal erneuert werden.

Great comfortable place

The apt is located in a good central area near the train station. It was easy to catch the metro and trains from here by walking. The beds were comfortable. The linens were soft. The bathrooms were great, all four of us had hot showers daily. The kitchen is small and we only made use of the fridge but it has oven, stove, freezer, etc so it is definitely possible to cook whole meals. It's in a part of town filled with middle eastern restaurants. But German food is a short walk of just 2 blocks away if you want German food while in Munich. The bedrooms face a courtyard so we could have windows open at night and it was still quiet enough to sleep. The living room overlooks a busy street that is loud until about 3am but we couldn't hear it once we closed the windows. The only thing that didn't work well for us was the coffee maker. It takes pods but it seemed to be clogged and barely dispensed coffee (at a very slow drip). Great sitting area for family game nights. We were a family of four. Overall this place was spacious and comfortable and I would recommend it!!

Great space and location

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Only a few blocks from Central station and everything you’d want to see in Munich. Beds were large and very comfortable. Manager was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.
