The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The bed was quite firm. The area around the hotel was very busy and loud - but it easy walking distance to the festival grounds where Oktoberfest is held and to the main train station. It is a bit further out from the Marienplatz and main part of town. There is a decent bar in the lobby and they offer luggage storage. There are several dining options near the hotel with cuisines from many different countries.

The AC in the room did not seem to blow fully, and it got hot at night. We had the windows open to help cool down; however, it became very noisy and woke us up constantly. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and filling as well. It is definitely the place to stay if you plan to go to Oktoberfest.

Lovely, updated and clean hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location for Oktoberfest with a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bar in lobby was open late and the staff was lovely.

Great place to stay in terms of being walking distance from Oktoberfest grounds. Rooms were clean, not very spacious. Surrounding areas were all under construction and a bit unsafe, overall an okay stay.

- Poor wifi (kept dropping out) - Room was not soundproof, could hear the noise from other rooms - Area where the hotel was located was unsafe - Hotel charged for use of the sauna (I further note that on the hotel details 3 euros per use was being charged but the front desk of the hotel was demanding 5 euros) - Elevator only went to the fifth floor of the hotel, however there was a sixth floor where we were located, we had to drag heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs - The room itself was basically located in the A-frame of the roof, so the sloping ceiling took away a third of the room
