I have to say that only during the last few days, from all the travelling I have done, at every German hotel I have not seen any complementary tea, coffee or drinking water in the rooms. This was the same. Besides that, the location is very noisy, with deliveries to the hotel and surrounding buildings starting as early as 7am. I was also concerned to see a bug trap on the floor by the radiator, presumably for cockroaches. This convinced me that I will not use this hotel again if I ever return to Munich.

I don’t understand how this can be part of the Wyndham collection. It was exceptionally small, our carpeting was old and stained, furniture was broken, wallpaper peeling, bathroom was not clean upon arrival, cobwebs in corners, stained curtains. Not worth the price and not worthy of Wyndham. Only good thing was the location - walkable and easy to catch UBahn.

We actually did not end up staying here. After paying at the front desk and going up to the room it reeked like smoke and had stains all over the carpet was tiny and just unsanitary. We requested non smoking and the pictures are not what the place actually looks like. We asked to be refunded immediately and were met with hostile behavior from the receptionist. It was a very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. It’s not safe due to being disgusting and the employee behavior. Should be shut down. Still fighting to get my money back. Disputing w credit card company due to no response from the company after reaching out.

Very noisy, cafes shops underneath window and deliveries start early morning. Next to hospital so sirens going off all the time. No air con, we had to use earplugs to sleep as we needed windows open. We liked the location, an easy walk to the centre. Plenty of bars, cafes in close proximity. I don’t think it was worth the price.

A little dated with hallways , carpet etc. breakfast is extra but adequate. Biggest draw is the walk ability to surrounding areas and public transportation in Munich near Old Town. Staff was courteous and helpful. If all you need is a place to sleep while In Munich, you'll find this fits the bill.

Room overlooked the side road which was very noisy as there was a nightclub / bar opposite which stayed open until 5am. No aircon, but although a small fan was provided, this did not help when it was not possible to keep windows open as it was too noisy outside.

Ideal. Good value for money. Expedia stated 'Air Con', however, we had no Air Con. Housekeeping called into the room at 1000, but Expedia said our check-out was 1100, nobody informed us of 1000. Great location, friendly welcome upon arrival from the Night staff and fantastic Thali restaurant next door. Would stay here again.

Ok hotel

Lovely staff but the bed was old and uncomfortable, and overall the hotel was a bit run down. It’s a good location so if you’re someone who can sleep easily then I think this would be fine. Staff had good recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Munich.

This hotel worked out for us. The room was clean and we had a nice balcony (which was too cold to use when we were there). The lobby worked well for us as we were there with visiting family and the lobby gave us a location to chat and spend time together. The area outside the hotel was a little sketchy as it seems some homeless people like to hand out all day in the square close by. The breakfast was not included in our package, so we don't know what it was like. The location of the hotel was very good. Just at the edge of the walking street directly to the main square. There was a grocery store close by which made making food/drink purchases easy.

Stayed here for a week with my son…no issues awesome location. The train is almost outside the hotel that will take u back and forth from the main areas in the city, including the arena if you’re a soccer fan. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy and seen numerous people that had passed out laying nearby but overall never felt in danger… staff is great and the rooms are old but warm. Over a decent place with food nearby but understand you are paying less so expect less….this isn’t more than a 2-3 star hotel.
