Horrible experience as the shower flooded the entire bathroom even went out into the hallway. Staff did what they could do but because we paid via Expedia we could not be refunded by Hilton. We want our money back. It was room 3203 September 24, 2025. I have pictures and video.

The room was outstanding (spacious, clean etc). Really appreciated having a mini-fridge. When I was having issues getting my iPhone to connect to the wifi, a front desk staff member helped me over the phone. She was patient, informative and had me connected in a short time.
