Abfertigung beim Check in, Hotel in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (mehr als in die Jahre gekommen). Habe mich total unwohl gefühlt. Leider so heruntergekommen, das es nicht mehr angenommen ist dort zu verweilen. Dafür top Lage. Nach einer Renovierung sicher wieder top, so leider nicht gut.

Abfertigung heißt Anreisezeit auf 16-21 Uhr eingeschränkt ,Sie müssen überall das Öffnungszeit einhalten , bei uns auch

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort , als wir Nachts um 12 ins Hotel kamen stand unsere Zimmertüre auf und das Licht brannte das Personal hatte vergessen unsere Türe nach dem „reinigen‘ zu schließen , das Zimmerpersonal hatten zwar das Bett gerichtet aber Klopapier wurde nicht gefüllt und Handtücher wurden keine Frischen gebracht . Wir waren froh das unsere Sachen noch alle da waren als wir das Personal gefragt hatten wie das sein kann das unsere Türe aufstand wusste keiner Bescheid. Der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Das einzig gute an dem Hotel ist die Lage. Das war das erste und letze Mal das wir dort übernachten !

laut Reinigung personal war der Tür nach Reinigung geschlossen . unsere Hotel war voll und keine Gast hat bei uns das offene Tür gemeldet .Handtücher auf der "Boden" wird getauscht.Der Gast hat auch wegen Offene Tür hat folgende mitgeteilt : - unsere Zimmer war offen und in der Tisch meine Teuer Uhr und Meine Ferrari Schlüssel liegen lassen. Für sowas ist nicht normal würde als Antwort gesagt, in unsere AGB steht das wert Sache müssen in der Safe rein USW. Und zu weitere Behauptung müssen das Auto Ferrari und Uhr ( vermutlich Rolex ) kauf Belege , Auto Papiere beweisen . Naher war der Gast ruhe und ins Zimmer gegangen.sehr seltene fahl , bei der Abreise keine Uhr und keine Ferrari zu sehen

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten Lage, sehr Zentral. Das Personal war bei der ersten Ankunft desinteressiert und hat nur knappe Antworten gegeben. Der Check-In später verlief bei einer anderen Person sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Leider gibt es keinen geschlossenen Gepäckraum. Lediglich eine offene "Abstellkammer" zu der jeder Zutritt hat. Das Housekeeping stand den ganzen Tag irgendwo in den Gängen und hat über andere Angestellte reklamiert und gejammert. Am Morgen des Check-Outs (wir hatten nur 1 Übernachtung) hat es ab 08.30 Uhr alle 10 Minuten an der Türe geklopft. Sie wollten unser Zimmer putzen. Check-Out war jedoch bis 11 Uhr. Das war sehr störend. Alles in allem war das Hotel gut füt eine Nacht. Mehr aber nicht.
