The room was pleasant, bed was comfortable. The pictures of the rooftop area was deceiving as it was very crowded and full of smokers in the evening, hardly a relaxing spot for non smokers. Elevators do not go to the floors, but rather a half flight of stairs between the floors. Be prepared to carry suitcases.

My stay at this hotel was perfect! Friendly staff at check-in, comfortable and very clean room for my stay. The bed was cozy and I appreciated the extra amenities like the mini bar and complimentary glass of Prosecco. The hotel is also located in the perfect area for visiting Munich, just a couple of blocks from the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz.

Great room with AC that didn't work.

Everything was perfect other than the AC. The AC was out for our entire 5 night stay. We were told they were working on it but just didn't have it fixed while we were there. Luckily we had a door we could open and it was cool outside. Loved the location and the room otherwise.
