The early morning stuff, in particular Mean Mindy is rude, unwelcoming, abusive, the worse customer service person I have ever encounter. She must be the owner because no one as bad in hospitality as she is will be currently working with people. My computer and phone chargers were stolen by her as well as other personal items.

Clean, older, good price, near train station

Ask for non street side if a light sleeper. Street noise til 2 am and started again after 4 am. We liked the clean space, basic snacks for breakfast offered. In an ethnic area with lots of doner kebab and shops. Only 3 or so blocks from train station, fairly close to S bahn and trams and walkable to Marienplatz, about 15 min. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

If you are walking from the train station, you will pass by a few strip clubs. The neighbor seems safe in daylight hours. The hotel itself is excellent. The water pressure in the shower is great. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.

Staff was great, room was ok. There is a sketchy balcony connecting all the rooms, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving our windows open, which was bad because the bathroom had a strong odor and no vent fan.

The hotel is small with no real dining facilities.Plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were quite small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy road and was very noisy into the early hours. The area was a little bit scruffy and seedy, which my daughter found uncomfortable.

We stayed here for one night during Oktoberfest. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction around the area, but that seems to be fairly typical of the larger cities. There was quite a bit of street noise and the curtains did not block much light which made it a bit difficult to get a restful night’s sleep, but the location was perfect for our needs and the staff members were very helpful. We would stay here again.

Very noisy room.

Whilst hotel was close to the main station, it was in a very noisy and busy street which felt unsafe. The noise was unbearable and went on until 3-30 am and then the street cleaners started. Reception was friendly and suggested a new room, which I should have taken, wrongly relying on my newly purchased ear plugs. 2 nights no sleep. Overall the hotel was clean and well presented, just avoid a street facing room.

Great stay

Great 4 night stay! Clean and comfortable! Perfect location to walk to the historic sites. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The barber next door gave my husband a fantastic haircut! We would stay again. Croissants and soft pretzels and coffee and water available in the lobby at breakfast time. We stayed with our dog and had a pleasant stay. We slept great!

Travelers need to carefully read room descriptions prior to booking. Many rooms have AC and some do not, they have a small electric fan that doesn't move enough air to cool the room in summer days where temps exceed 80 F. Maid service is light and being "Green" is the excuse. Staff is courteous and helpful. No room service available and many rooms have an undesirable city view. A good number of the Expedia photo's do not reflect the actual facility, they may be what is referred to as a "Sister" hotel near by. Hotel is close to the rail station and accessible by foot. Recommend daylight foot traffic to and from rail station. Read the facility descriptions care- fully. Beds were comfortable and room clean.
