We had only 1 short night stay after late arrival at Munich airport and the basics needed were covered. However, my husband had to go to reception and asked for extra pillows and bath towel even though my booking was for 3 guests, we were only provided 2 sets. The rooms and doors were in pink ;) and room size was rather small. We liked and appreciated the bathroom floor heating. Breakfast was basic continental style and was sufficient to refuel before we leave. Check out was key drop which was convenient. Shuttle transport provided by hotel was a little too expensive (€10 one way), regardless of children's age. So we took uber instead. Location is near airport, not really an airport hotel where we could just walk over conveniently from arrival hall. No amenities nearby hotel vicinity so best to get own food and drinks at airport supermarket before heading over. Hotel lobby provides some snacks and drinks for purchase.

Shuttle bus only goes one way, from the Hotel to the Airport. Drops off at T1. Room has no refreshments at all. Clean and fuctional.

Very small rooms. Limited staff support. Front desk is poorly handled. Customer service is not a concern. Had to wait a few times before getting some attention for quick answers. We stayed here once before and found the same poor service. But felt perhaps it was just an off day. My advise… pay a little more and go to a hotel that will treat you as customer.

Yes, the room was spotless and the place very clean, but most importantly was the staff and their names were Dina and Bastian .. both of them went out of their way with amazing customer service. They were kind and courteous and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend the hotel and their excellent service.

room is clean, the design is a bit out of the norms. there is a class design, although not transparent from bathroom to the room, which means, when one of the guests use the bathroom at night, it can illuminate the whole room and wake up the other guest.

I did not realize the hotel room would be so very basic, even toiletries were not provided. Room was a sickly pink, small, cold and uninviting. The beds felt more like futons versus beds, quite hard and uncomfortable.

Some staff were friendlier and explained check in and airport shuttle better than other staff. Hotel room needed a paint job. Overall, hotel was good. Bed was comfy but pillows are hotel pillows...not the best. I didnt eat breakfast but seemed to be a wide selection. It was right across the street from an amazing Italian restaurant. I would stay here again, if Im ever back in Munich area.
