This was a family trip, 2 adults and one child as per the booking details. I specifically upgraded to a junior suite due to having a sofa bed to accommodate the three of us.
The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived and there was no bedding for it, I tried to call repeatedly to the front office with no response so l went down to request this. The main bedroom area comprised of two single beds pushed together, however these beds were not attached and even putting an arm in the centre when sleeping would result in the beds parting and falling down the middle.
This is just a brief example of basic, fundamentals that were missing.
We also ordered room service for our daughter, the food was clearly already prepared as they were unable to accommodate any adjustments to the pasta, the quality of the food was terrible. It was basic pasta done very poorly with the sauce dried up.
I could expand but feel this gives more flavour than the pasta to explain the rating.
