Ankunft: Der Herr, der uns begrüsst hatte, war unfreundlich. Er hat den Drucker traktiert, vor uns mehrmals die Schublade mit Gewalt zugeschlagen..., um schlussendlich nach x Minuten ein Papier auszudrucken, welches nur für ihn war. Gegrüsst hat er auch nie... Alle anderen Angestellten (Frühstück, Restaurant...) waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend... Besten Dank! Auch danke, dass wir wegen Covid 19 unsere Unterkunft ohne Probleme um ein Jahr später ohne weitere Kosten... beziehen durften. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Den Verkehr und die Baustellen um das Hotel herum hat man schon gehört (teils schon vor 6.00 Uhr am Morgen...).

Tolle Tage in Xlendi

Pros: Meersicht
Cons: Teppiche (Bettvorleger) entfernen
Xlendia als Ausgangspunkt bietet sich sehr gut an, ob für Taucher (mehrere Schulen vor Ort) oder für Gozo-Bereisende. Innert einer knappen Viertelstunde ist man mit dem Bus in Victoria, von wo dann Busse auf die ganze Insel verkehren. Das Hotel San Andrea ist sehr nett geführt, hat kleine Zimmmer, auf der Meerseite jedoch mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Die kleine Strandpromenade mit den Beizchen und die Möglichkeiten zu Spaziergängen der Küste nach ist fantastisch. Der Preis fanden wir überaus fair. Gerne wieder bei unserem nächsten Gozo-Trip!
