Equipped with recycled furniture of rustic style, just 30 minutes by car from the best beaches of Murcia such as La Manga, Calblanque, Cabo Palo, and 10 minutes from several golf courses (MarMenor, La Torre Golf, Riquelme Golf, Roda Golf, El Valle).
The house is located on a farm of almost 3 hectares, the property itself is composed of three different modules. The main house consists of 1 double bedroom (2m bed) and bathroom en suite. A double room with a 1.50 m bed, a single room with a 90cm bed, and a bathroom. Living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and rooms around the central courtyard, old stables.
This Andalusian-style patio features orange trees, ornamental plants, bougainvillea, jasmine, palm tree as well as a pergola with a vine that shades a large dining table. Since it has direct access to the kitchen it is an ideal place for breakfast and lunch.
The independent rooms around the patio are: Two double bedrooms with 1.5m bed with bathroom en suite and fitted wardrobes. A double bedroom with two beds of 1.10 m, with bathroom en suite and built-in wardrobe. Large games room (pin pon, table football, etc.) that can be a children's bedroom with 4 beds in total (one bunk bed and two singles). Large living room of more than 60m2 with fireplace, three sofas, dining table and pool table with access to the garden and pool. A service bedroom, a toilet in the courtyard, 4 bidet.
Airport and train at 1.5 km, Pets are not allowed. Maximum 15 adults and 4 children.
