Spectacular duplex 2 floors in Mosa Golf, all brand new, modern, fresh and very cozy decoration. Very bright. 206 m2, distributed in dining room, 3 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the room. The kitchen and laundry room is also brand new, with everything you need. It has 2 large terraces that receive sun throughout the day, and stunning views of the pool area and mountains. The enclosure has 2 swimming pools and large gardens, Mosa Golf has just been premiered with 9 holes, and the following holes will open shortly. The urbanization is in full nature, being very nice bike rides, hiking or running. There are also 2 paddle and 1 free tennis courts. It is a very quiet and perfect area for an unbeatable stay. We have a comprehensive security service on the premises. 5 min. You can walk to the golf course or the Mosa Golf Hub restaurant. Corvera Airport is 5 min. Murcia 15 min by car and Cartagena 30 min. The nearest beach is 15 min.
