Situated on this tranquil gated resort in the Murcia countryside under one hour from Alicante, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully air conditioned ground floor apartment has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
A key collection fee is payable in cash upon arrival at the apartment of €36 if you arrive before 22.00 Monday to Friday.
The key collection charge after 22.00 or on a Sunday or National/Local Holiday is €60.
It is a short cycle to the nearest town with its supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Our apartment is bright and comfortable with a choice of two communal swimming pools plus children's pools, with it's own patio, BBQ and outside grass area, a well equipped kitchen and lounge with free Wi-Fi.
This fully tiled, air conditioned and heated modern apartment is suitable for families, couples or those with mobility issues as there are no stairs.
Both bedrooms are fitted with 2 single beds although the Master bedroom can be made up as a King-size bed.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The main bathroom has a walk in shower.
There is a lounge/dining area and separate kitchen which is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave.
This gated resort has 24 hour security, children's play areas, cycle paths. The apartment has free private parking and Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to the whole apartment for their stay.
Outside on the patio are a table, 4 reclining deckchairs and 2 sun loungers plus a BBQ and the surrounding grass area. Guests also have access to 2 additional folding sunbeds and a beach umbrella to take to the beach with them during their stay.
Corvera is a traditional Spanish town about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the apartment but with all the amenities you would like from supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, medical centre, hairdressers and excellent bars and restaurants plus a weekly market on Sunday mornings (excellent for fruit and vegetables) and a roast chicken shop.
Corvera is approximately 30 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor, an inland lake, with its safe shallow sandy beaches or, if you prefer, the more rugged but beautiful Calblanque beach, just 20 minutes by car from Murcia City with its Cathedral, traditional squares and fiestas through the year, 50 minutes from Alicante airport, 30 minutes from San Javier Murcia airport and just 15 minutes from the new Corvera International airport opening January 2019.
Corvera is situated in the perfect location for outdoor pursuits in and around the mountains, and with some of the finest golf courses in Spain.
Murcia is an oasis away from the tourists, full of culture and places of interest to explore or a retreat to relax and unwind.
A car is highly recommended for your stay.
