Perfect getaway!

This place exceeded our expectations! There was thorough communication from the realty company. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect for easy access to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. Being oceanfront was excellent and the beach was quiet and peaceful. We’ll be back!

We also book through Garden City Real Estate and on the rare occasion when there’s an issue with any Unit... it’s an immediate response !

The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I could actually use the cookware. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The 12th floor was quiet even though it was the end of bike week and the beginning of another bike week. Overall I have nothing bad to say about it other than some instructions to operate the living room tv would be very helpful. We hope to return again to this same unit.

From renting the unit to check in, the process was seamless. We had an issue with our deadbolt upon arrival and were being locked out. Dave, Stacey and Brad from maintenance went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get into the unit with no issues. The staff at Garden City Realty really care about their guests and show true professionalism. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable week, and the views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking!

Reviewer Comments: In reference to the four stars in the property's condition, we have a couple of suggestions. 1) The exhaust fan in the main bathroom needs to work, all it does right now is noise and does not exhaust. 2) the screen sliding door at the balcony needs a pair of wheels which will make it easier to use as we enjoy the fresh air but not the bugs. Other than that, we have had a great two weeks and we will be back next year. Thank you!

The mattress was very comfortable.THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE WAS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION, IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, IT WAS LIKE SITTING ON THE FLOOR, THE CUSTIONS WERE WORE OUT... THE RECLINER WAS WORE OUT. ALSO THE TABLE and "CHAIRS ARE NOT SUITED FOR DINING..CHAIRS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO MOVE IN CLOSER TO TABLE.. the shower stall has moldy chalking in it. Just put some TLC. to the unit to make it more suitable.
