Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was good but there was a few things that needed to be fixed. Outside chairs broken. Refrigerator out for two days not good when not knowing and buying groceries. The maid needs to clean the closet with the washer and dryer is very dirty and ceiling fans need to be cleaned. Also where the tile meets the carpet (kitchen to dining room) needs to be fixed had to use a rug to cover the tacks. The pool needed to be cleaned on Friday after the trees were trimmed. Tree limbs and leaves all over the pool.

The pool area wasnt that great. The pool is small and no where to really sit and enjoy near the pool. However,if I had younger kids it may have been a deal breaker.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend had recommended this property for our vacation. Good value for the money. Only bad points were children running in the breezeways and suite 110 is on top of all the air conditioning units so it was very hard to find a cool time to sit on the patio without the heat coming off the compressors. Neighboring property rentals also felt the need to set off fireworks on a nightly basis - I could have done without this.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent (2 days) without a refrigerator. The bad part was that a repair man told us that the refrigerator didn't just break, that it had to be broken for some time. The refrigerator should have been replaced 2 months before we moved in. Not good. The solution that seemed to be the fix-all from the Realty Co. was Move to another building. I reported twice before we moved in that the screen door from the master bedroom to the patio was a BIG mess - But it never did get fixed. There was no dresser in the master bedroom - What do you do with your clothes, my daughter lived out of there suitcase for two weeks. Not good The building over all needs help,just doesn't look safe.
