Misleading Rental
This place looks amazing and from the pictures its easy to be deceived. So here is my experience. Prior to arrival i received a text saying it will be ready for 4pm checkin but to ensure our home was perfectly clean we could expect up to a 5:30pm checkin. I drove 14 hours to be here at 4pm so that was aggrevating already. But we were able to check in promptly at 4pm. Once inside we discovered the main fridge was filthy as was the 2nd level fridge. The floors were cleaned but there was still sand all over them. So we got to cleaning right away. Once we cleaned that mess, which by the way they dont leave a mop and bucket so we purchased one for the week. We started to get settled in. Two of the beds were filthy. There was dirt and sand in them. A few other beds had sand only, its almost as of the cleaning company only made the beds from the previous tenants. So here we are on evening/night one and we have literally washed all bedding, floors, and cleaned refrigerators and any surface that you can think of. Now its vacation but a few of us had work obligations and guess what? No freaking wifi!!!! I did text the provided nember but only received vague responses. Most of them stayed that once they spoke with the team, they would be in c9ntact with us. Wifi was repaired the following day. But here is the kicker, we had originally rented this place because it had an elevator and we have a handicapped person with us. On Thursday evening the elevator quit working.
