The view and sound of the waves from the balcony was amazing! The place was so clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. It had plenty of space and lots of extra organizational touches. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved being close enough to walk to the pier and nearby shops.

Our entire family had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed mornings on the balcony before a fulfilled day at the beach and pool, both of which being steps away which was great with two little ones under 2 years old. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable - felt like home! I especially appreciated all the small touches such as the coffee pods, the starter sets of paper products, the beach chairs and toys, and the beach towels! We definitely hope to return again soon!

Perfect location to enjoy with family or as a couple. The owner is very thoughtful in decorating as there are several mobile device chargers, wall decor that doubles as hooks, and shelves in locations that serve a purpose. The condo is clean with very comfortable furniture and the balcony has a perfect view of the ocean. Until next year

Beautiful spot on the beach

We love staying in Garden City, but this is probably our favorite property to date: right on the beach, easy walking distance to the pier. The kitchen is a usable size, and they have everything you could need. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again when we bring people with us.

Relaxing and comfy

When we arrived at the condo it was warm and inviting. The beds where made and the place was clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The locker that they had came in very handy we did not have to drag up ou stuff from the beach which cut down on the sand. I would highly recommend this condo can wait to book for next year!

Perfect Family Getaway

Donna's place was perfect for our annual family beach getaway (2 adults, 12yo, 4yo and 5yo). The place is beautifully decorated and has new comfy furniture and beds. There are plenty of extras available with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and bath towels, little extras like a few pantry items and coffee. The view is amazing, it was my favorite spot in the house, and you are only steps away from the beach. Donna exceeded expectations when we had a TV problem and she immediately fixed it for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

Reviewer Comments: This is an older condo, but so very comfortable and it a great location, the view from the deck is awesome, this is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again, only drawback is the parking is very limited and a few of the permanent residents were not very friendly about parking situations. but that's the only bad thing about the place.

Grandkids didn't sleep cause of them! Bathroom rugs weren't even clean... Nasty!
