- The staff were very friendly and accommodating - Room was very basic, when we arrived there was no kettle or hairdryer as stated but the staff sorted that out - The cutlery was dirty and we couldn’t bare to use them - The room felt very dusty even though it had been cleaned - The bedsheets didn’t feel upto hotel standards but the mattress was comfortable - The pool was out of use and we were told to use the Radisson which was a few mins down the road - There was a terrace with table and chairs but we could not access it as the door was locked but there were others gaining entry.

I spend 5 nights. The pool is very well heated, large and very clean with good views. The room have a full kitchenette with large frig, microwave and ceramic range. They provide coffee, herbal tea, green tea, Ceylan tea. There is a very nice supermarquet for food in the ground floor. You also have easy access to a food court and many restaurants. In my opinion the best restaurants are outside around the Panorama Mall. In the room there is also a washing/Drying machine and they provide the soap ( use a little bit it is a small machine). It is a luxurius well build hotel. There are other services like a spa and a gymn but I did not used them. Many services around the mall. 2 Bank ATM in the Mall. Ask for a room on a sunny side, with balcony if possible. Central location for many touristic sites. I use the bus system and the main bus lines are at few minutes walk from hotel. 100% for the personnel.

A Portal to Muscat

Very comfortable suite. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Easily access by car - so a good base point for activities. For those who want to cater for themselves a large supermarket is provided underneath and good sized mall to the side. The only quirk: the OTAXI app conflates Levatio Suites and the Radisson hotel 100 m down the road - so taxi drivers tend to turn up at the wrong address. The remedy: use Panorama Mall as the address.

Room was okay however housekeeping not brilliant. Team and complimentary items would not all be left, e,g if I was in the room there would be milk/cream however if not then only teabags. Also on checkout and check in it took too long for our bags to be taken, which meant we had to do it our self. After asking many times did the person help us put the bags in the car. Overall not a bad stay, room was comfortable and clean and the pool was nice. However communication especially during check in and check out would help. Hotel staff were very helpful when booking taxi drivers which I appreciate

Great place to be, very central if you want to explore muscat. A mall within the accommodation makes access to basics very simple. A decent gym and pool as well. Lovely place to be and I would certainly visit again.
