We were in town visiting family for four days. Liked the different breakfast entree all four days. Pool was great. Cant tell you how many hotel's we've stayed in with "indoor heated pool" that was so cold you couldn't swim in it. This one was perfect. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Room was average size. Room and hotel were clean. We would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff it was peaceful and quiet the room was clean we enjoyed breakfast and their pool its kid friendly and i recommend this place to others looking stay in this area.

We had a king size bed room. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything that we needed. The cons were: the bathroom is very small, there was a clump of hair in the tub drain. Other than that the room was nice. The continental breakfast bar in the morning was very crowded the 2 days we stayed, other guests were greedy with the food so we only went one time and went to breakfast elsewhere after that. The pool was nice, it’s heated. I loved it.

This was my first time at this hotel. It was clean and I liked the white comforter. Hate when hotels have colored bedding. Had a fridge and microwave in the room. The pool was very nice. Perfect temperature. The hot tub was nice too. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had some decent options. Bed was comfy enough. The only thing I noticed the vent over the bathtub was pretty dirty. I guess they didn’t look up when cleaning the room! Other than that it was great especially for the price.

close to the beach. the staff in the morning is not as friendly as the one in the evening. it seemed like he cant be bothered. had to ask 2x before maintenance can come and unclog the toilet. maintenance guy should at least be in a uniform or have identification - just looks more professional. i suggest breakfast time be extended to at least until 10 or 1030 on friday to sunday especially with very limited seating space.

Hotel was fine, pool area looked nice but I didn't use since I spent my time mostly out and about in Grand Haven. Breakfast options were great both days. I'd rate them higher but I thought the $100 security deposit wouldn't still be on my card 5 days later.

I did not like that the room was very dusty The bathroom looked like somebody used it. There was hair clogged in the shower tub. The shower knob was not put in. There was no shampoo in the shampoo bottle it was empty . They gave us only one toilet roll and the flush was not working properly. The Hotle was packed and no other room was available

I had a first-floor room which I requested. That was good and convenient. was very disappointed that the hot tub as not working when I tried to get in it. It wasn’t very hot. Apparently it was fixed later but I am disabled and could not try again because I did not feel well. Over all, it was a good experience but I was very disappointed about the hot tub not working. Thank you.
