where do you start with this place let’s talk about the one positive Con the person who picked us up from the port and the person in charge of looking after us was great besides that paying $500 a night the place was a big let down it had a great view but was not easily accessible at all not to mention the wifi when we first came was broken eventually con was kind enough to get another one which also didn’t work unless you were 1 metre away from it. We reported this issue and a technican came and literally gave us the wifi password and left? and frankly came at a odd time of 7pm? House keeping didn’t change the bedsheets at all which I understand is in the policy but I believe it’s something that the hotel can really improve on. Overall I will not be staying here again.
