The condo is beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a better location. We had plenty of space and a huge balcony with beautiful ocean views. We felt safe and secure. We even slept with the balcony door open to listen to the ocean. The weather was perfect for opening the balcony doors and turning off the AC unit!
The actual unit needs some TLC. Lots of rust on the sprinklers, sink drains and faucets, lights and fixtures, and the oven burners. The floor was horribly dirty. I mopped 3 times and the mop water looked like mud until the 3rd time. There was dust and debris in the floors, dirty baseboards, food crumbs in the stovetop burners, and visibly soiled refrigerator handle.
The management company was awesome! Communication was super easy and Rachelle was outstanding! I made her aware of the issue, since they likely pay someone to clean and wanted them to be aware of the poor job being done by the cleaning company. She did apologize and offer to send someone to clean, but we would have preferred the cleaning happen prior to our arrival and not during. For the high cleaning fee that’s charged, I expected a much cleaner unit!
We likely won’t stay again, simply due to the uncleanliness of the unit. Given the times we are in, with covid being on everyone’s mind, I would think more consideration would be given to cleaning and sanitizing this unit.
