Great location, but would not recommend.
The check in process was smooth. Parking was a little bit of a challenge to say the least. They have a lot behind the parking garage for large oversized vehicles. There are signs that say small cars shouldnât park there or get towed. We were driving a truck and multiple times, all of the parking spots were filled with small cars that could easily fit into the garage. We brought this issue up to the staff members at the front & they practically told us that they were not going to do anything about the cars there even though there were signs, they were not going to enforce them. Iâm really not sure the point of having rules and signs if they are not going to be enforced⊠The room was nice and had a beautiful view of the beach. There were dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, etc, all stocked in the room. It was very well equipped. The room looked nice from afar, but there was mold on the lamps next to the beds, one of the beds for sure had not been changed, there was a bunch of hair and dirt right under the sheets, the sink in the kitchen is starting to fall from the countertop, and the bathtub felt unstable in certain areas where it looked like it had been fixed previously. The Patricia Grand in general was nice, but the rooms were not very up to par.
