Easy to get to the beach. Room needs some TLC. Floor stayed wet in front of the refrigerator the whole time. House keeping came in and mopped but it was there the whole time. We put towels down so we could walk and not get our feet and track up floor. Shower in center felt like you were going to fall through it.
My best friend and I decided to book a trip to Myrtle Beach for Memorial Day. The place was right on the beach and had plenty to offer. The views were great. Would definitely stay there again.
The pics must have been AI generated. Was not consistent with what we experienced. It was not in good condition or clean. The outside hallway was filthy. The room smelled of vaping/smoke. Both lamps were broken. Balcony filthy. Bathroom was actually clean though. We did not stay and took a loss. Didn't request money back as I should have known 53/night was too good to be true. Learned my lesson.
The resort itself has a wonderful pool and the parking garage was right across the street. There was a stagnant smoke smell which the GM came up to check out the room from a past guest placing a ticket not knowing the room was occupied. He was very kind and apologetic and wanted to see if he could help but we were checking out in a couple days and he understood. The front desk staff werenât present initially at check out but we did leave at 6am. The bartender was so sweet. The property was very clean. The room needed to be updated and repainted.
Stayed for 3 nights and 2 days. The weather was amazing the 2 days and the pool and beach access is truly amazing. The room was great, we cooked breakfast daily in room and ate on the balcony. Upon arrive one of the duet covers had a large stain on it, the floors were unswept. On day 2 they switched out all the linens on beds. Overall it was a great location and would stay again.
Our son played baseball down here for spring training. We flew down for a few days to watch him and this place was perfect. Easy stay right on the beach. Great price and everything as expected with free parking across the street. Wonderful trip for first time Myrtle Beachers!!
Beautiful view, well maintained lobby, clean grounds, easy access to beach. Especially pleased to be able to bring my poodle companion, to enjoy my stay with. Peaceful, relaxing, quiet building with one exception....the dragging and shuffling of furniture across the floor in the next room, woke us out of sleep a few times. But at least it wasnt hours of loud music and partying. Solid regulations for pet parents seem to be adhered to as there was no evidence of pets in the room before us. From the lobby to the room, it smelled fresh and clean, something that cannot be said for a different hotel on the strip that was musty, damp, and a NON-pet hotel at that. We definately got more for the money here at PG. Excellent indoor amenities to keep you occupied for the one rainy day that was had. Eassssy check in and non-obtrusive proprty manager. Very pleased with the stay. Will definately be back to PG for future vacays.
It was okay, nice place to stay especially since itâs beach front and has pools very nice to have especially if you have kids. Check in was easy, we had a few complications and the staff took over an hour just to help us into our room and were rude. I will say the room wasnât very clean and outside of the room in the hallway and all that was gross and constantly had a nasty smell. weâd stay here again just not. in this room. we would definitely get a bigger room. Or just find a different hotel lol
Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had what we needed in the room. Slightly run down but nice amenities and fun atmosphere. Great views. Beach wasnât crowded. Had everything we needed for our weekend stay.
Everything was great except for a couple of small issues. Kitchen nd bathtub facuet is loose, TV remote is not correct had issues trying get to perfered channels
Floor and crown was wet when we entered. Crown was dripping water and a day later still had droplets. Floor dried as the ac cooled it.
Mold was on the trim board in corner by the ac.
Rust was all over the closet door rack and doors wouldnât close well. Lipstick or some red spot on the closet door.
Sink first was loose.
They offered maintenance but we didnât want construction in our room during our stay.
They gave us a complimentary breakfast for the trouble, a $45.00 value. Delicious buffet.
Slow elevators but that is usually for most properties in Myrtle Beach.
Pet friendly but no designated walking space or doggie doo bags that we could find. I walked mine out front and down the block.
Great views and easy beach access.
Pools were great.
Met other guests in the slow elevators who had similar issues and were changing rooms.
Second day we came back with frozen groceries to find our door keys deactivated and had to wait on elevators again to get new keys.
I wonât book eith this company again.
