We got a Seaview room which is spacious and we could see a very good beach view, room was cleaned and cozy. The staff was helpful and responsive if we had questions It was still in early spring so we didn’t mind if the outdoor pool is closed. But we love walking on the beach. Both wash sand stations did not work so we had to come back to our room to wash in the bath tub and sand are all over the room. Only one ice machine on the second. floor worked. It was maybe still low season but all these small things need to be addressed

Good breakfast. Very easy check in. Friendly staff. Bar closes too early, the rooms too far from the restaurant, no lobby or reception in the building that I stayed. I had to get out in a bad weather to go to the other pavilion for breakfast or even to get a bottle water. No water park or market store opened 😒 Very noisy

What I liked was the staff greeting and they were very polite. I definitely enjoyed the delicious cookies. When I got to the room, it initially seemed clean however, there was a significant amount of hair on the vanity and especially in the shower. There was also crumbs on the floor And it was just sort of a gross feeling. I seek out Doubletree because they’ve always been clean and good memories however, this one was far from it. There was a small dog barking as well as consistent air traffic that also led to a disappointing stay.

The room was amazing very spacious having the fridge and microwave and free coffee or a huge plus, and the balcony and view of the water was actually amazing. The easy proximity to beach was an added bonus.
