I reserved this room and later contacted the host to see if the room was available for an extra day. I received a response that reservations could not be modified so I booked that night at another hotel. A few days later I received an email stating if I wanted to add an additional room I could do so. That was a little annoying. At check-in you can pay 35 to check-in early however the website only provided late checkout options. When I communicated this to the property manager I was told early check-in cannot be done on a short notice however the hotel receptionist confirmed the room was ready! I tried calling the property manager with no answer and received a text right after and was finally able to check in. The shower was the best part of the room however there was a stained towel and no trash can in the bathroom. The balcony contained only one chair, the bed is extremely hard and one of the pillow cases had a stain that resembled blood. I would not stay in this room again due to above mentioned and the miscommunication
