The halls were filthy pee in hall for several days from somebody. Then trash wasn’t emptied in halls. And we had friendly neighbor hood roaches in the room so was moved to another room and what do ya know it had roaches we left. The ngr the next morning was great and said they’d refund the stay but I still haven’t been refunded and it’s been a week. So I hope he does because we stayed there 2 days out of the 8 that I payed for. Also then I paid another resort almost a thousand more. So will see

Wouldn't stay again

Shower had mold in it. Toilet handle hanging out of top. No trash cans in room. No locks on door, had to prop a chair behind it for security. Checkout morning at 1030 an employee knocked and opened the door to c if we was checking out. We could been nude anything. The bar was closed by 7pm.

The water park closes at 4 yet check in isn’t until then and it doesn’t open until 10 but you have to check out at 11. So it makes it hard to enjoy the water park and be able to take a shower afterwards. The bed on the wall had a broken head board with nails exposed making it dangerous for the kids to sleep or anyone to sleep there. All attractions close super early so you have to wait to enjoy them all. Towels never available at the swim areas either. Other than that it was nice.

We had an accident at the indoor pool by the lazy river. We put our things at the pool chairs and I left my husband there and me and my kid went to enjoy the pool and maybe like 10 minutes later my husband went looking for us and said that the window right behind him collapse and fell right behind him and glass went everywhere. Ofter that we went to the room and got dressed and I went to the front desk to let them know I told someone and he went to the office to let someone else know and they only told him yes we know already about that. I just left it at that since my daughter has autism and she was hungry, so I didn’t push on the subject, but did feel a little bit ignored about what happened to us and could’ve been worse

Only one elevator was working and the inside pool was cold and the room needs to be renovating bed uncomfortable
