Gulfstream Cottages MRV25 is a charming 2-bedroom 2-bath home situated just a short walk from the beach and airy comfortable accommodations for up to 7people. Gather your closest friends or relatives for a beach vacation on the south end of Myrtle Beach.

Entry from the covered front porch is a breeze with keyless entry. Warm vinyl plank flooring greets with a cozy sectional sofa with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a coffee table with 4 slide-out ottomans and a large slat screen TV with Roku. The first floor level offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Both of the bathrooms in this unit feature a warming electric bidet toilet a seat, a full-bathroom with a shower is on the first level.

Gather around the dining room table with seating for 4 to eat or play. The kitchen features black on black appliances complimented with smooth granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.

The bedrooms are both located on the second level. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed while the second has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and a television. There is a shared full bathroom with a bidet and shower. In a quiet corner of one bedroom is a desk with a flip down work top and easy access outlets. For extra sleeping space the owner has added two roll away beds.

Relax on the back patio with seating for 6 and a gas grill to cook up burgers and steaks. Enjoy the manicured lush landscaped greens and on warm days plunge into the refreshing outdoor community swimming pool.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from. Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Family fun can't be topped at Family Kingdom Amusement Park with wood and steel rollercoasters and Splashes Waterfront Waterpark. Visit Broadway at the Beach for an assortment of fun dining choices and entertaining museums like WonderWorks and the Hollywood Wax Museum. Great Host!

After booking, Frank was very responsible and answered any and all questions. Upon settling in around 10:30 pm the tv was not working, Frank called and walked us through it to fix it even at 10:30pm. Anything that came up I messaged him and he responded within the hour which is rare for VRBO host! Definitely recommend staying at Franks.

Family spring break

The listing was generally accurate as far as location and house. The listing did not mention a very old couch with stains despite a couch cover nor the fact that the AC unit cannot cool lower than 70 degrees. The upstairs was pretty warm and we stayed during the springtime.

Blue Charleston style house

We had a great time staying here for the week. The location was very close to the beach but far enough away to avoid a lot of foot and car traffic. There is plenty of room to accommodate small and large families alike. High recommend choosing this property for a Myrtle Beach vacation!

Great location for family vacation.

We appreciated the property location - just 2 short blocks from the beach and a short drive (or pleasantly long walk) to major boardwalk attractions. The pool was always clean and the entire complex was quiet and well maintained. We would rate the cleanliness level higher (inside the home was very clean) but we couldn’t use the backyard b/c the large trash cans there were dirty and were seemingly overrun with flies. Beyond that, the home interior and front porch were awesome and it was exactly the type of property we needed as we didn’t want to be in crowded spaces. Check in was easy and the local community was really nice. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

Everything went smoothly, the beach was close (as stated) and there were plenty of places that were near by for the kids to do things. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only complaint was the grill that was used by the previous renters and not cleaned. Not enough to not give it a good rating though.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and Walmart. Very safe with no issues. The property could use some updating with carpeting and a fresh coat of paint, but it was clean and we had everything we needed. Frank was great to work with.

House is okay and need update inside badly

Stairway carpet is old..cooking pan is rusty and old..we went out and brought new cooking pan.. folding beds had crumbs crackers..old spots wasn’t cleaned..curtains showers was very nasty..second bedroom had tv but the cable box doesn’t work at all..all carpets wasn’t clean at all..

We really enjoyed staying here! The location was perfect! We loved feeling as if we were in a home vs a hotel. Close to broadway at the beach, grocery, boardwalk and only a quick 2 min walk to the beach! Home was furnished nicely and comfortable. We had some issues with the grill not working and tv in one room but it was VERY promptly taken care of by owner and property manager which was very appreciated!! Great service! The only reason we are giving 4 stars is the property could of used some more consideration with cleanliness. The floors had a bunch of sand all over and the carpet was not vacuumed when we arrived. Also the pans and silverware had food stuck on them but once we cleaned up everything was great. I would recommend owner invest in some new pots and pans. Overall though we had a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable!

We stayed for a week and the house was clean and comfortable. There were five of us, enough room and the convenience of the extra rollaway. Plenty of shopping nearby and the beach was an easy walk around the corner. Also close to the Ripken complex if you're in town for a baseball tournament like us (15 minutes). The air conditioning was a major plus as it kept the house cold on brutal 98 degree days. We did not eat in too much but the house has what you need for the most part. We did purchase our own frying pan as the house one needs to be replaced. It does come with a gas grill that has seen better days, but it served it's purpose for the one night we did hot dogs and burgers. Not enough to subtract stars, we would definitely stay again.
