This is the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. The room was dirty, the smell was unbearable. Broken mirror, dirty stained carpets and furniture, rusty fridge and microwave oven & so much more. We paid for three nights and checked out after 2 nights, as it was simply unacceptable. We also took an extra 41 photos. It was very clear that no care for the rooms or their guests was taken. We as a family unfortunately will not be returning in the future.

Hot in the elevator and getting one up and down was a long wait and a claustrophobic ride. Floors were wet from kids running around. Desk staff were super busy, so not the . The rooms didn't seem renovated to me. It was overcrowded everywhere. Not for me as a solo chill traveler. The families seemed to be having fun. Parking was across the street, and I didn't feel entirely comfortable parking my car across the street. No early check-in. I didn't like the loud country music playing by the pool and restaurant area. My room had a gap between the door and floor, so you could hear all the hall noise inside your room. I checked out after a couple of hours.

Hot water went out through out hotel. Just came from beach sandy and sweaty couldnt shower missed my event. Hotel phone didnt work. Elevators super slower. ( hotel needs more elevators). House keeping barged into room even with do not disturb sign on door and wouldnt leave started cleaning bathroom even after i asked her to leave. Mentioned all this to management all they said was i will note your account.
