Great location

The condo waa close to all amenities as described! The condo itself was comfy and welcoming! We enjoyed our time and would go back. The only issue we had was work being conducted in the garage area which is directly under the condo and the elevator area which is close to adjacent (installing security cameras). The noise was very very loud one morning waking all of us up to start our day early. If there is work being conducted in the below parking garage it maybe a very loud for the duration of the work being completed otherwise the condo is wonderful.

Great location and loved the resort!

The size of the condo was perfect for a family of 4! We loved being on the first floor, as we were able to use the stairs. We were very close to the beach and a short walk away from the Hilton pool, water slides. The new resort and Brewery were amazing! So many fun things for our small kids to do in addition to the beach. Only feedback for condo is there is an obvious floor leak that needs to be fixed asap. Also, the TV on the wall in one of the bedrooms fell off the wall in the middle of the night and could have hurt someone. Have the maintenance team thoroughly inspect before having new guests in the condo. The property managers were informed after our stay and said they would address, so we appreciated that. Will definitely consider staying at the same property in the future! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Excellent Vacation

Our experience dealing with Joshua Smith was the most positive experience I’ve had in years! He was very interested in our safe arrival, he contacted us concerning the weather. Was always available anytime during our stay. I will definitely use his property in the future and highly recommend him to everyone that plans on taking a vacation. A Great Stay for a Great Vacation

The best birthday trip EVER!!!

To wake up on the beach for my birthday was the greatest!!! The condo sleeps 8 comfortably! Full size kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer, 4 PATIOS, 2 full bathrooms and the location is great!! The host was great and communication was perfect. Great for family trip or girls trip!!!

Beach life

I would highly recommend staying at this condo! You have a great view of the ocean from every room. Josh was always available when I had questions and even went above and beyond when I left my wedding ring and earrings at the condo to met a friend of mine to return them!

We enjoyed our stay, but there were some things that could be improved. The fridge smelled of fish when we arrived and the overall smell of the condo was musty. There were some stains in the master closet and the couch is very uncomfortable. The location is great for getting to the beach, but some furniture could use some updating. There also isn’t a lot to work with in the kitchen, so some more things such as Tupperware for leftovers would be nice.

Josh was the absolute BEST person I have ever worked with when renting a property! The condo was very clean, an excellent location and very easy to check in! The balcony had a beach view and it was phenomenal. The beds were comfy and my 18 year old and 21 year old children LOVED it! We now have a favorite place at Myrtle Beach! Definitely will stay again and again!! Thank you Josh!!
