Experience Myrtle Beach like a local in this Oceanfront 3-bedroom 3-full bath condo on the 19th floor. Two bedrooms have a king bed in each room and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. Every bedroom has a full bathroom attached with tub and shower. Enjoy the pleasant amenities of a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, crockpot, measuring cups, toaster oven, coffee pot & Keurig, toaster etc. We start every guest stay off with a complimentary package to get you through the first night or two. This includes dishwasher pods, laundry pods, sink scrubber pad, bar of soap, hand soap, and we like to throw in little extras here and there. We truly want you to enjoy this home away from home as much as we do. Whether you want to relax and read some of our books on the beach or play some board games as a family, we got you covered. Make your holiday or beach getaway one for the books with a stay at our place. Just don’t forget to sign our guestbook! We love hearing from our renters. This condo offers a ton of amenities such as a game room, fitness center, outdoor pool, outdoor splash area for kids, indoor heated pool, indoor lazy river and hot tub. Perfect getaway for families or couples even in the off season. On the ground level there is also a mini market and a to go restaurant/ bar and grill that is open all year round with a very large selection of food, ice cream, alcoholic beverages, etc. We are very close to Myrtle beach airport, Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger outlets, Myrtle beach state park along with tons of other parks within a 10mi radius. Many restaurants and golf courses nearby. Truly a prime location! The resort has received a makeover. Come enjoy a new indoor lazy river and newly renovated outdoor and indoor pool with splash area for kids. All balconies have been renovated as well. Other important information. Each unit is allotted 2 parking passes for their stay. There is a parking garage attached to the resort. If you have a lifted truck and are worried about entrance there is an overflow lot across the street available for parking with parking pass no trailers or RVs are allowed to be parked there.

We truly enjoyed our month-long stay. We were on the 19th floor. View unparalleled. The place well stocked for kitchen equipment. Lovely dishes and plentiful, glasses and silverware. Loved the Kureg (and 2nd Kureg with coffee pot, very handy) and the toaster-oven. Top notch. The host extremely responsive and kind. The elevator got to be a bit much as the weeks got busier with people in the building. The wait could be extreme as one elevator didn't work more than it did. We got locked out of the room one day, no fault of anyone's, the door lock system battery simply died so our key card didn't work. The facilities manager was wonderful and very kind and patient helping us get back in. We truly appreciated their help as it was a relief after a bit of a wait with young kids wanting dinner. The pools were well heated, at times the pools had to be closed, but at least we knew they were cleaning them and keeping up with the chemicals, as those pools are well used. The amenities were great. Parking in the garage easy, they provide carts to bring your stuff up. Helps when others kindly return them for the next guy.There is SO much to do in Myrtle Beach!

The staff at this resort was horrible The lady at the front actually cussed me out, yelled and screamed at me and told me don’t ask her no questions because I booked through a third-party is it matter how you booked it this is your property and you work with the public she was the worst.

The condo was wonderful. Rocking chairs on balcony, comfortable chairs and sofa. Complete kitchen set up. Bedrooms were comfortable. Would have liked a side table or two on balcony . Will stay here again!

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

Everything about the unit was perfect! I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a perfect location. It’s a little ways from the pier but nonetheless a great stay! I would bring my family back here any day.

Great condo!

The condo was spacious and clean. Everything needed for the kitchen. Having 3 bathrooms for 7 people was really nice. The location is on the quieter side of things, the hopping area is further north, so if you are expecting to walk to the boardwalk and the "strip" this is not the place for you. Its more laid back and quiet. We were there at the end of bike week so there was a lot of noise from motorcycles but it was fun to see. I wish we were told about the construction and closure of the outdoor pool - this was one of the main reasons we decided to stay here, indoor and outdoor pool. The construction was noisy but if youre inside, you don't hear anything. Luckily we were able to use the outdoor pool next door. The beach was clean and water was cool. I would stay here again.

We went out on a whim booking since it was a new listing, however it was the best decision. This condo has a gorgeous ocean view and it’s located right on the beach. The condo was so clean and a fully stocked kitchen with cook wear which was helpful as we do not eat out for every meal. Due to the weather we did not use the outdoor pool, but took full advantage of the indoor pool which was well taken care of and maintained. The location of this condo was spot on. There were several parks in the area for kids and it was so close to broadway on the beach. 10/10 will be planning to stay here again!
