Nice unit, poor complex and misleading information
I should have known there would be issues when we attempted to check in. We arrived at the provided address at about 6pm and the office was locked. We immediately emailed the given point of contact, who took about 15 hours to respond. While waiting for a response, we drove over to the specific building and found someone who we think was an employee in the lobby, though they wore no uniform. She let us know there were no parking passes being issued and directed us to our room. The listing clearly stated we would receive a parking pass to park in the community garage and a key card to access the building. We received neither. When we returned to the property the second night, there were no parking spots. We had to park several blocks away. The owner later claimed the parking garage was first come first served, even though the garage is currently closed for “renovations”. While the room itself was clean, I would not recommend. Parking was a nightmare and given the area, we were not comfortable with having to park so far away. The building/complex is very run down. There were several neglected and closed pools on the property and lots of other areas that needed attention. It was frustrating that the listing was misleading and nothing was done to address the matter, by the owner or the leasing company evolve.
