This property is run down in general. Aesthetically, it is quite disappointing. The elevators are dirty and extremely worn. There is mold visible in a lot of areas. The unit we stayed in is in need of a lot of work, both in appearance and cleanliness. You can see dirt and grime at the refrigerator. The kitchen is very small and has the bare minimum in cooking equipment. Everything we went to use had to be washed before we could do anything. Two of the three beds in the unit were very squeaky. Nightstands and other furniture were dirty. There were loose legs on the coffee table. Lamp shades were dirty. The pools looked disgusting. Very depressing atmosphere. The only good thing was the beach access.Myrtle Beach in general is nothing like it used to be. If you are into shelling, all you’ll get there are mostly broken shells. Restaurants are, on average, just so so.
