The view from our 1 bedroom condo was perfect, the staff was very courteous and the palace had plenty of emienites to enjoy. We had a full sized kitchen which was great and the listing said a queen bed however was a king size so that was an added bonus. Definitely would consider rebooking in the future

The staff is amazing, and super friendly. The security guards are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The hotel it's self need to be remodeled. The hotel smells old like a mildew type of smell. The room I had the floors were broken, bathroom tubs were dirty.

Our one bedroom beach view condo was just what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable the pillows amazing and the deck was small but nice for a sunrise cup of coffee. The kitchen and living room were just the right size with comfortable furniture. The giant windows were perfect to watch the ocean. The beach was steps away from the pool and hot tubs. It was clean and just right. The shark teeth hunting on this beach is amazing. The only thing I might change is once the weekend came it got a lot more crowded and finding a luggage cart to leave was next to impossible. Getting some more wouldn't hurt. Your staff were so nice.
