Newly renovated 2BR/1BA condo in few minutes walk to the beach. It is located in the heart of Myrtle beach near Uptown downtown Market commons with upscale restaurants and boutiques.

*Less then 5 min drive to the airport

*10min drive to Broadway at the beach and main attractions.

*Walmart is 5 streets away.

*Fully stocked kitchen

*sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

*on the 1st floor, Very spacious condo.

*2 King beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV's available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Shared laundry room on the premisses.

*Only 1 parking spot available.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

This is an older 12 unit apartment building. The location was great for us. We were VERY off-season (area was almost deserted) so can't speak to some things about traffic/noise. Nice inside, with complete kitchen, utensils, pans, plates, dishwasher. 2 clothes washers and dryers for residents, free (code to get into room). There were a couple washer pods, as well as for the dishwasher, some TP, and paper towels provided. Beds and linens were very good. Nice TV's in bedrooms and living room. Internet connection was great, but there was only 3 rooms being used, including us, so might vary. Good value for the money.
