Great Time!😎

It was great! Staff super, room clean, beds very nice! We had no problems at all! Compass Cove was clean, staff good, pools great. Can’t beat it. I felt very safe there. Beach super and beautiful like always. Lots to do and don’t have to leave if u don’t want to. Didn’t want to go home! Plenty of parking to. Super, great time! Super great room! Super great place! Spring break

Checking in was very easy. Great people to communicate with the room was very nice. Bed was a little too firm for me so they had a recliner and it hit the stop. We will be back again..

Compact unit, good for 2 nights. Comfortable beds, dated lighting, large, mounted tv but needed subscription viewing, no local network tv available. Door and frame were rusted and compromised. The door locked but left renters lacking confidence. My husband had a.chip of paint from ceiling fall into his coffee cup. Linens were packaged and we had to make our own bed. Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Unit is close to outdoor pool. Good location if you are interested in easy access to pool area.

I was so disappointed. My first impression at the front door was not good, I will attach a photo. The extra lock/dead bolt is not working and when you push on the door it allows an extra space like it's not fully closed. The decorations were all black when I booked online and the day we arrived they were all white leaving me a little disappointed. There were no trash bags or bathroom tissue, only one roll for our stay. The air runs consistently not cooling the room even set at 61. There is no ice available on any of the floors 😱. There have been multiple big roaches/bugs I have killed during my stay. I will attach a picture if needed. Please forgive me for having so many things I need to address, but for the cost, my heart is sad. I haven't been on vacation for 5 years due to my husband has had several strokes and is now disabled and I take care of him, this was a much needed vacation and I feel like I have let myself down not choosing a better place to stay đŸ˜„. Great Location

Our family had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Right by the pools and the beach but the terrace was behind the bushes for privacy. Property manager was awesome. We had an issue with the door but they responded quickly and came to fix it same day! Pets are only allowed certain off season months, so make sure to read the listing carefully. We had everything we needed for my Husband and two sons and we were within walking distance to fun, food, and groceries! There is even a fridge, coffee maker, and stove to use if you need it. We were able to have cookouts on the grills on the patio. You need an extra band to be able to use the slides and an extra pass for the breakfast but they were worth it. There is also a gift shop, tiki hut, restaurant, and Starbucks in the resort! We would come back to this unit!

The cleaners suck

From the time you book until check out you get emails from the property manager talking about how you will be charged for stained comforters etc
. You check in and find both comforters are stained. The first night you pull back the sheets and find a old bandaid in one of the sheets. The floor feels slimy from check in and all the towels in the bath room smell like smoke to the point you have to use the pool towels to even shower. The cleaners ask for a tip by leaving a envelope but not sure what they actually clean. The condo it’s self was oceanfront with great views but they need to fire the cleaning company.

We had such a wonderful vacation. The location and accommodations were everything we could have hoped for. Check in time with is a little late at 4pm but everything else was definitely 5 star!!

Location is all it has

If you want just location this place is perfect. Pool right out side your door the beach on down the hill a few feet. The room is a Motel 8, not clean. The tub doesn’t drain. The pools get closed often because of cleanliness issues. It is very loud outside your door. Julie is not helpful. All she is sure to tell you is no refunds for any reason! Read the fine print before you book.

We loved the location but not our room.

The location was great. The room was hot, bathroom or rug in the bathroom smelled like urine, the floors were very dirty. The emails from Big Fish were always staying a charge for this and that. Very demanding. I would never stay in this room it with this company again.

Nice weekend

Condo was clean and tidy, looked like pictures. Check in process not difficult. Quick beach weekend for us and family dog. Ground floor location was convenient but my only complaint is that since close to parking garage & major hallway a lot of noise and commotion at all hours. That why gave four stars instead of five. Would consider in the future.
