This property was not as expected or as as advertised . My room had roaches , hair and sand from the previous people who were in the room was still there . The hit tub and sauna didn’t work . I was there from the 27-31st . They had few to no towels and wash clothes available and the person who was at the front desk seemed to not want to be there because everytime I asked for soap and stuff there seemed to be attitude . I had 6 people with me for these days and never saw housekeeping . This experience for the money wasn’t what I expected AT ALL

The front desk staff was always helpful,but that's the only good thing. Our floors were dirty. The tub had soap scum and hair in shower I ernt and bought Comet cleanser to clean ut to make it useable. Had nothing for the kitchenette. No plates,silverware, pans. If you wanted towels, the maids would not give you them. You had to make a trip down to the front desk. I had to kill 2 roaches while here. 2 hot tubs were down, they were not blocked off until a gentleman fell in one and rushed to hospital. I will NEVER stay there again.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, I was finally allowed to checked in at 6pm. The indoor pool and hot tubs were closed. The outdoor tiki bar was closed. The lazy river needed about another foot of water and it had very few floats available, not that it mattered because my knees would've drug on the bottom.

Room was very unclean, not at all like the pictures posted. Mattresses and sheets were stained. There was also, what looked like mold, in some areas of the room. The ceiling was peeling and pieces would fall down on the floor and our beds. My son got bit by something in the middle of the night. Praying to God it wasn't bed bugs, but he had three separate bites, all on the right side of his body (finger, face, and arm). Room was not stocked with anything, despite saying it would be. Had a full kitchen woth no utensils, cups, plates, or anything like that. When I booked the room the description said it had a poolside bar. Turns out the hotel let it's license lapse and they had it closed. Couldn't use the "spa" because there was a giant hole in the ceiling of the covered part of the pools. Long story short, the advertisement of this establishment is a sham; nothing was like it seemed. We actually checked out a day early and left. Severely unsatisified.

Both hot tubs were tore up. Horrible smell at the inside pool. The restaurant and tiki hut were both closed. Staff was rude. Only gave us towels and washcloths once we asked everyday. They said they had a shortage of them. Our room door handle was broken on arrival. Everyday I asked to have it fixed. They said someone would be up. No one came until the day before we left.

Great stay

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The air conditioner unit was a life saver. It was extremely hot outside and the unit worked well the entire stay. Also the bathroom was nice. Water was hot every time we showered!

The first night we stayed in a room where the popcorn ceiling was flaking on me and my 3 year old all night. It was on the bed and the floor. The carpet smelled musty. There was black mold in the closet that we saw the next morning. When we woke up in the morning we found a large black bug in between the two queen beds (maybe water bug?). That morning we went to the front desk and they changed our rooms. The only difference was that the second room did not have carpet and the popcorn ceiling was scraped. There was still mold on the curtains and in the corner of the kitchenette area. We were also told they are no longer supplying plates and kitchen items in the kitchenette (a big reason I chose this hotel). Also I had asked for clean bath towels, and they were out. So we had to reuse our bath towels over 3 nights (probably longer if we stayed longer). The only reason I did not change hotels is because the week we went, it was super busy and no vacancies around us. Another note to add- the pool was dirty and disgusting. They do not clean the pool or even skim it every day. There was a false eyelash in the pool all 3 days we were there. There are a few spa pools that are not open- one guy fell in an empty spa that is in the middle of a walking area and had to be rushed to the hospital. The pool bar is not open (from what I heard hasn’t been open for over a year). I hope my review motivates the owners to put some money and effort into what could be a great hotel/vacation spot.

We have stayed there the past couple years and it was nice . This year our room keys wouldn’t work , door handle broke off to balcony , commodes wouldn’t flush , bedding was stained . Hall ways were nasty . Wouldn’t give us another room . Had to ask for refund after going down to office 4 times . Vacation ended up bad due to killing time trying to book another ocean front place . Never again will I stay here !!!!

The only thing good about the hotel is the beds were clean and comfortable! Room was not what we booked had to request microwave didn’t have enough towels or utensils to go around per request! Pool closed at night due to a light being out indoor pool closed the entire trip no hot tubs open! Elevators did not work properly! Had two floors that the ice machines only worked on! No WiFi

We showed up and they had lost a reservation, they tell everyone that check-in is at 3. It's really at 4:00. Maybe 5:00 or whenever they get around to it, which is the general gist of the place. I stayed for a week not once got clean bedding had to beg for towels. The key cards never seemed to work I was at the front desk almost daily. It was moldy and just overall dissatisfying. The only good part was I didn't see any roaches inside...

First off I want to say I have a mentally challenged daughter that will not get in the ocean because of a fear of waves so I always get a hotel with a pool so she can enjoy some swimming. At check-in on a Sunday we were told the pools were broke but would be available on Tuesday, which wasn’t a big deal because we planned another activity for Monday. Pools weren’t ready until the night before we checked out. If I knew this I would have went elsewhere. I had 3 rooms for this trip, when my daughter got to her room it looked as if there was a bullet hole in her door, no big deal, but she didn’t even have a shower curtain. She went down to the front desk to let them know and she was handed a shower curtain to put up herself. The rooms were pretty nasty, but we don’t spend much time in the rooms anyways, but we had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk to get clean ones. I have never been to a place where you have to do that. My biggest complaint is I was charged $100 incidental deposit for each room and still haven’t gotten that back, almost a month later. This place sucks !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!
