The ac unit was very loud, there was mold on the ceiling, bathroom had broken items. There was also a fair amount of weed smell in the hallway and at one point came into our room.

I was a little nervous to stay here due to the existing reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby. It is beautiful. Little bit of a party scene at Ocean Annies but still kid friendly. Walking distance to Apache Pier. The rooms are individually owned, so you don't know what kind of room you will get. My parents also booked a room, and theirs was the same price, but way nicer. You get a free round of golf at Diamondback, but that is quite the drive from the hotel. There is another golf course across the street. I have played there before. Overall, I had a much better experience than what the reviews stated. I was nervous walking in, and had a very nice time. Parking deck is kind of sketchy, it gets packed quick and if you have a big lifted truck, you may not be able to get on the upper levels.
