Welcome to our beautifully renovated Historic Riverside home, nestled in the picturesque, coastal town of Mystic, Connecticut. Originally built in the late 1800s, our home has been thoughtfully restored to maintain its classic New England charm while also offering modern amenities and a touch of luxury.

But the real highlight of our property is its location. Tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the Mystic Seaport Museum, you'll have the best of both worlds: a peaceful and spacious indoor oasis to relax and entertain in, and the opportunity to explore the local area and all it has to offer. Take a scenic 5-minute walk along the river to reach the bustling downtown area, complete with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and stunning views of the water.

Back at the house, our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in, including basic cooking essentials like coffee, tea, and condiments. The main house boasts three bedrooms, with two on the second floor (one queen bed and one full bed) and one on the third floor (two single beds). The fourth bedroom is located in the separate cottage, just a few steps from the main house. This charming self-contained unit features a cozy bunk bed (full on bottom, single on top), a full bathroom, and a smart TV with a river view.

Guest Access & Amenities

As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, cottage, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy meals on the spacious deck with a grill area, or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. For outdoor adventures, we provide bikes and kayaks—perfect for exploring the area by land or water.

Our location offers easy access to everything Mystic has to offer. The river is just steps away—ideal for kayaking, with boats available for guest use. Parking is hassle-free, with space for up to three cars in the driveway and additional street parking available. Getting around Mystic is easy whether you choose to walk, bike, kayak, drive, or take an Uber.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: All bedrooms in the main house are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The cottage features a fourth bedroom, a second full bathroom, its own Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
Entertainment & Technology: The main house is equipped with smart TVs and an Amazon Alexa/Sonos system for streaming shows, movies, and music.
Extra Amenities: For additional guests, we provide an air mattress, Pack ’n Play, and a high chair.
