Nice staff, some noisy details, overall good stay

Super friendly and attentive hotel staff. The main elevator seemed dirty both days- something on the floor and lots of smudges on the frame and doors. As it was my first impression of the place, it made me worry about what the room would be like but it seemed clean. It could be just the room I had but the HVAC and fridge were noisy during the night and other doors opening and closing were loud enough to repeatedly wake me during the night. Morning breakfast bagel bar was a nice touch.

The receptionist was very informative and professional. She did not mind repeating some information for me. I was able to check in early which I was happy about. There was lots of parking available, I was very satisfied about because the parking space was near the entrance where my room will be located at.

Honestly this was a very disappointing experience, it felt like I was at a motel and not a Hilton branch. The towels, bed sheets and rooms were very poor quality and out dated. The staff were loud and on their phones while cleaning neighboring rooms. Spend a couple extra dollars and get a better experience or go to the Hampton inn.
