Bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting. The room was not as advertised on Expedia and was in terrible condition. Sheets were dirty bathroom was disgusting. We woke up at 3am to a horrendous smell in the room to only find hundreds of bed bugs crawling all over. We immediately left and thank god we had a car to stay in until reception opened at 7am. It was traumatizing and has ruined our entire vacation experience. All the reviews are fake as they have signs up saying “leave a review for free drinks”. Such a shame and I hope no one has to go through what we did. I wish I was able to upload the photos

More like a 2,5 I’d say. The road leading to the resort gives you an indication of the level of service you can expect. Jerry the pizza guy and Ilios the barman gave the best service overall.

Disappointing. Room was not clean at all. Even the mattress was dirty. Breakfast buffet was ok. Beach was not nice. Location isn't near anything. Two small pools we didn't try.

Club Fiji was very understaffed. Slow to restock food, cutlery and plates at the buffet. Very minimal food selection for breakfast. Grounds were tidy but the resort was very tired. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower was very basic. You get what you pay for at this hotel.

This was a charming place to stay. The setting and grounds are lovely. It is a bit off the beaten path, but that is not necessarily a bad thing if you are looking for a calmer and tranquil stay.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Check in was slow - after a long day of travel we just wanted to eat and sleep. There was no key for the room and the spare key they provided did not work. The food was expensive and not cooked well. The room smelt of varnish and outside smelt like sewage. Mice in the room.

The property is very quiet and we loved it. There were only a few staff at reception that were nice and helpful. Other reception staff were not very friendly and not helpful. The room was very nice. The only problem was water pressure in the shower. Water was barely coming out from the shower. We had to ask someone to come in to fix it. Water was basically dripping instead of flowing

I enjoyed my stay, how could i not. There are things that could have improved in terms of activities, customer service and bures a little outdated with broken taps. Found it more expensive than other places. Mostly dined off site for that reason. Hire car was helpful for going out and about. But relaxing 2 night stay.

Will say the beach and outdoors area was lovely. Beautiful gardens, pool and seating area for the beach was great. Staff and cleanliness of our room very disappointing. Power points didn’t work. Had to unplug the fridge to use the one working power point. Floors were filthy. Bathroom yuck. Ceiling light broke off in the night. So glad we only booked for one night. I’m not one to leave a bad review but wish we had read an honest one before we booked there.

For being in Nadi it at least has a Fiji feel to it but the food and drinks were overpriced, they played loud music until midnight to encourage the Aussie bogans and they tried to get us to book their day trip at TWICE the price of online tours. Also probably the least friendly Fijians we met in 2 weeks.

I advise people to seriously consider their stay here. We arrived to Cockroaches in our room, the room booked was not what we received and was not fit for a family with young children to stay in, It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was rubbish being burned onsite which filled the resort with very unpleasant smoke, only one food option was open which was not great quality and expensive, we lost all power to the room on the first day which was unable to be fixed. we were moved to another room for the night but told there was nothing else available so we would have to go back to the original room. we didn't agree and the booking agent spoke to the manager who agreed to refund if we checked out right away, we did this and now 3 weeks later are still fighting to get our refund. The manager has been extremely difficult to get on the phone and when I finally did he denied having any conversation with the booking agent and said "I don't care about your refund, your not getting it" I have been informed by a Fijian Friend that this resort has come under new management in January this year 2025. Be very cautious and if you do book here make sure if you have issues get everything in writing before you leave. This resort ruined our family trip to Fiji with poor customer service and us having to spend our holiday money to book other accomodation.

Great place. Neatly run. Food is great, too, but be sure not to leave your breakfast unattended or the broadbills and warblers (sing-song birds) will pick your plates pretty. And that's also to say that the Resort is eco friendly. Sunrise and sets are stunning!

Rooms were old, poorly equiped, dated and needed maintenance. The food options were limited and the Resort is a taxi drive away from the competition. Bar prices were triple town prices. The local staff were fantastic and made the stay for us, they couldn't be more friendly or helpful.
