Great Stay

You can walk straight to this hotel from the JR Nagano station via the connecting skywalk. Note that this Sotetsu inn is sharing a complex building with other businesses such as Don Quijote. Room is quiet and comfortable.

The rooms were very affordable and the location was a walkable distance from the station which is great. It is close very close to many restaurants and other shopping locations which is also nice. The beds and rooms were clean but small, which during our stay wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was serviceable for our one night stay but I wouldn't recommend it for any longer if you're not strapped for time. This place was quite budget friendly and convenient for those looking for a good value at a low price.

This is a fine Business hotel, very close to Nagano station. The desk is on the fifth floor and best accessed via the entrance on the elevated walkway which can be found by going through the Mi Do Ri shops on the 2nd floor of the station. Attentive staff who helped with the automated check in and out procedure. Many shops and eateries close by as well as a 24 hour Lawson on the ground floor. Would definitely consider staying again if I am in Nagano

Budget hotel

It was easy to find and check in. The service was great, staff helpful and friendly. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller, so wouldn’t stay more than one night. But it did the job!
