Experience Life On A Sandbar, a waterfront townhome in the secluded Villas on Roanoke Sound in Nags Head. The end-unit layout offers maximum sound views and more privacy. This bright and cheery retreat is comfortably furnished and ideal for small families or couples. The top-level primary suite includes a private soundfront balcony - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Take advantage of a variety of community amenities, including two outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, clubhouse and playground. Admire the stunning, photo-worthy sunsets from the 400 ft. soundside pier with gazebo. Guests will have direct access to the sound with a secluded beach area and a boat ramp for launching small vessels and water toys. Kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, fishing - the possibilities are endless for a fun-filled day on the water. When it's time to hit the beach, two nearby public accesses are just a short drive away and provide free parking. The central location in Nags Head means you'll be minutes from a variety of shopping and dining options, as well as attractions including Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Fishing Pier, and Dowdy Park.

Can’t stay an entire week? Life On A Sandbar is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

Cozy living space with amazing view

The rooms are very nice, very cozy. The living space offers a fantastic view of the villa's pier and sound. Plenty of cooking utensils were available to make meals with. Very relaxing all the way through. Thanks so much!
