We stayed at Cindys Dream in Nags Head, overall a fantastic vacation,despite a village realty employee almost ruining it. The home itself is older, but nice. From the first day I asked about the blue cushions for the lounge furniture that were in numerous pictures for the property. They were not present upon arrival. Not sure who I spoke to initially, but she was cordial and tried to explain the situation and said she would work on getting an answer from the owners. We arrived Saturday, by Monday afternoon there were still no cushions and no answers. We had other maintenance questions, and thus called in. I spoke with Rebekah who was Extremely Rude and hostile. She is the employee that almost ruined our vacation. She had an attitude as soon as the call started and once we began to discuss the blue cushions she very rudely cut me off mid sentence and got defensive about a refund. 1. At no point in time did I request a refund.2. I was on the cusp of asking for a partial credit since the cushions were not available and were highly advertised in the pictures with the property. Perhaps 50 to 100 so we could go buy our own cushions locally. Nobody wants to sit all day on hard chairs. Anyhow, she never let me get this out and kept on being defensive and rude. I was very unhappy with my experience with her. I hope that someone educates her on how to engage better in customer service situations. She can't try to manage dream vacations and ruin them at the same time with rudeness. I
