"We were very disappointed with our stay. We were astonished that in a hotel that also welcomes international guests, no one spoke English. The check-in process was unprofessional. Furthermore, we weren't informed that dinner reservations were required. When we wanted to eat, there was neither space nor food available – we ended up having to buy food in Lawson. This is absolutely unacceptable for us at this price point. We had expected significantly more and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to foreign guests. They took our money, but we didn't receive the service we expected."
