Nakusp is a pretty town and The Lodge sits in well on Main Street. The staff were most helpful. My Dad and I stayed in the double queen room, in a separate block to the main facility, they all face on to a shared parking lot. The beds were very comfortable, a good number of soft pillows, bathroom facilities good and (like the whole room) spotlessly clean. Fridge and coffee maker present as expected, however, unusually for a Canadian motel/hotel room, no microwave. Other than that, excellent and highly recommend.

The room was very very clean. The bed was super comfy. As were the linens. It's smaller than we expected. But, clean is what mattered. The pub here is excellent. The food top notch! Get the eggs Benedict. Best we've had.
