The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center. The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge. I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay.
