The room and staff were fine. I asked for an extra blanket and got it. I got an early check in at a dead time. The hot tub and pool were great. I wish there was something to eat. And there's no pub as the Expedia.ca pics suggest. There was a lot of noise in the hallway early on Jan 1. There are some food options in a few blocks. It satisfied. I'd consider it another time.

There was plenty of free parking, the hotel was not busy. The hottub was great. I was surprised the "indoor" pool was supported by outside walls the were partially open. The room was cold, so too cold to use the pool. The wall between guest rooms was thin and I could hear my neighbors music, luckily not to late. I had a good sleep and the staff were lovely and efficiant.

Room itself was fine but it is definitely a party hotel. No breakfast. Not ideal for families or people who want to sleep. Also the room next to ours was being used to turn tricks, and her "customers" were knocking on our door pretty much every hour. So, if that is your scene, this is the place. Otherwise avoid.

The staff were very nice The lighting in the room was extremely poor. At night could barely see the words on books that we were reading Not the fault of the staff, but could hear noises from the other rooms very clearly. Must not be soundproofed very well. Sleeping was not good because of the noise

No hot tub the first night. We were not informed of it at all from the hitel until after checkin.The bathroom floor had dirt on it. The coffee maker had heavy dust and also the lamps had dust.
